Agriomandra beach

Location

Agriomandra beach (i.e. Wild pen or wild enclosure) isĀ located 27km east of Agios Nikolaos and 3km north of the village of Kavousi.
It is a completely isolated beach, formed at the exit of a small gorge, perfect for snorkeling and camping.

Agriomandra hasĀ green waters and is well-protected from the winds.

How to reach Agriomandra

Agriomandra beach is accessible only by private and rented cars or motorbikes.
If you drive from Agios Nikolaos, take the new National road (E75) towards Sitia, to the east.
Little after entering Kavousi village, turn left and follow the dirt road that leads to the entrance of the gorge.
*Park your car and cross the short and easy path.
