The quiet village of Nopigia is situated 32km west of Chania town and 7km east of Kissamos.

The beach is not organised but there are cafes, tavernas, accommodation options, mini markets and a campsite at the village of Nopigia.

Notes

The long beach stretches to the west up to Kissamos.
Although the beach is pebbly, the seabed is sandy.

How to get to Nopigia

Nopigia is easily accessible from Chania with frequent public buses to Kastelli.

If you choose to drive from Chania, follow the old national road Chanion-Kissamou (E65), to the west.
The route is signposted and the beach is just offroad.
