Notes
The beach in front of the village is quite rocky, hence swimming is dangerous on a windy day.
Avlaki, the next pebbly beach on the west, is formed at the exit of a gorge and provides the most pleasant swimming experience of all.
West of Avlaki, there are other pebbly and rocky coves, totally isolated, accessible only on foot.
As all beaches are remote, they are suitable for those who seek privacy and ideal for nudists.
*They are open to the north and therefore frequently affected by the winds.
How to reach Vlychadia
Vlychadia beaches are accessible only with private cars and motorbikes.
From Agios Nikolaos, take the provinclal road Agiou Nikolaou- Vrouchas, to the north.
After passing past the villages of Skinias and Agios Georgios, follow the dirt track leading to the beach.
