Glaros beach is between the beaches of Agii Apostoli and Kalamaki.
It is just 3,5 km west of the centre of Chania and due to its shallow waters is mostly preferred by families.

Glaros beach offers unique views to the island of Thodorou and the opportunity to see rare flowers such as the protected Sand lilly.

It is easily accessible by frequent local buses leaving from the 1866 Square in the centre of Chania (view detailed map below)
